Melania Trump Visits Elephant Ophanage In Kenya

U.S. First Lady Melania Trump on Friday began her Kenyan tour at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust within the Nairobi National Park.

Melania arrived Nairobi Thursday night and was received by her Kenyan counterpart Margaret Kenyatta and U.S. Ambassador to Kenya Robert F. Godec. She is also expected to hold talks with President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi.

Thereafter, the U.S. First Lady will visit the Kenya National Theatre for a presentation of creative cultural performances. Her visit follows a discussion she held with First Lady Margaret Kenyatta at the White House during a visit to Washington DC in August this year.

She is expected to conclude her tour of Africa on Saturday.
